Back from a tiring but rewarding week in St Dogmaels doing the Shakespeare. It feels good to be back and to get on the bike; there was a distinct lack of exercise and abundance of nice beer in Wales. I felt less good, however, when I set eyes upon the revamped Judy Finnigan, who in my absence appears to have been Tangoed.
